What ages does GLOW Lacrosse serve?

GLOW Lacrosse runs clinics for girls from PreK through 6th grade. Different programs are grouped by age so every player works with others at the same stage of development.

Does my daughter need lacrosse experience to join a GLOW clinic?

No experience is needed. GLOW welcomes all skill levels. The clinics are built to help beginners learn the basics while also helping more experienced players sharpen their skills. The first team practice should not be the first time your daughter picks up a stick — that is exactly why GLOW exists.

Who coaches at GLOW Lacrosse?

GLOW was founded by Caroline Hines Fitzgerald and uses experienced female coaches. GLOW believes that having female coaches helps girls feel more confident and comfortable as they learn the game.

Where are GLOW Lacrosse clinics held?

GLOW Lacrosse runs clinics across the South Shore and Greater Boston area of Massachusetts. In the first 14 months, girls from 28 different Massachusetts towns registered for GLOW programs.

What if our family schedule is too busy for a full season commitment?

GLOW is built around flexible scheduling. You can sign up for a full week camp, buy day passes, or join a multi-week clinic session without an annual commitment. There are multiple locations and times offered so you can fit GLOW around everything else your daughter loves to do.

What does a typical GLOW Summer Camp day look like?

Girls arrive at 9:00 AM for stickwork and connection time with coaches. At 9:30 AM the full group plays a high-energy game. At 10:00 AM girls rotate through fast-paced skill stations focused on throwing, catching, dodging, and shooting. The day is built around high repetitions, great coaching, and constant encouragement.

Does GLOW Lacrosse only focus on lacrosse skills?

No. Every GLOW clinic also builds balance, agility, coordination, reaction time, speed, and body control alongside lacrosse skills. GLOW believes that better overall athletes become better lacrosse players, and that girls should stay active in all the sports and activities they love.

How quickly has GLOW Lacrosse grown?

GLOW Lacrosse launched in April 2025. In 14 months, 237 girls from 28 different towns across Massachusetts registered for GLOW clinics.
