The day begins with smiles, music, and movement! Girls arrive, get settled, and jump right into light stickwork while connecting with coaches and friends in a fun, welcoming environment.

9:30 AM | Big Group Game
We start strong with a high-energy, full-group game — think Sister Sister, Foxytails, lacrosse limbo, and other GLOW favorites — designed to get girls moving, laughing, and feeling confident right away.

10:00 AM | Skill Stations
Girls rotate through fast-paced stations focused on fundamentals like throwing, catching, dodging, and shooting. High reps, great coaching, and constant encouragement help every player build real skills and confidence.

10:45 AM | Snack + Reset
Time to recharge! Girls relax in the shade, hydrate, and connect with teammates — building friendships just as much as skills.

11:00 AM | Team Challenges
Girls are placed on mixed-age teams for fun, creative challenges that celebrate teamwork, leadership, and every player’s unique strengths — on and off the field.

11:45 AM | Game Play + Confidence in Action
We finish with small-sided games and fun competitions where girls apply what they’ve learned — building confidence, making plays, and leaving feeling proud
