GLOW LAX Policies

Cancellations & Make-Ups

  • GLOW clinics will run rain or shine. If the clinic is cancelled due to the weather, we will send you an email to let you know!

  • If GLOW cancels, you’ll receive a make-up coupon to use toward a future session.

  • Make-up coupons must be used within 3 months of the original session date.

  • If you need to miss a class due to sickness or injury— you can use our make-up coupon— and jump into another class at any date or time. If you decide to make up the class, please contact us and let us know which clinic you will be attending.

Refund Policy

  • We do not accept refunds - this includes illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, or last-minute changes.

Weather & Field Conditions

  • We will notify families via email and Instagram 3 hours in the event of a weather-related cancellation.

  • Clinics continue in light rain. Make-up coupon can be used if GLOW cancels.

Behavior & Safety

  • GLOW is an inclusive, uplifting environment.
    If a participant’s behavior is unsafe or disruptive, we will notify the parents or guardians.

  • Participants should bring their stick, water bottle and weather-appropriate clothing. Both goggles and mouthguards are required (except for Shooting Stars). If are looking for stick recommendations, please contact us!

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

  • Please be on time for both drop-off and pick-up.

  • You are not obligated to stay at any clinic. We just don’t want the girls to be distracted :) You are more than welcome to stay as well! Whatever works best for your family.
