GLOW LAX Policies & expectations
Our goal is to create a positive, fun, and supportive environment where every player can learn, compete, and grow. A few simple policies help us keep things running smoothly for everyone.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Registration is confirmed once payment is received. Programs are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
We understand that plans can change.
• 14+ days before the program: Full refund less a $25 administrative fee
• 7–13 days before the program: 50% refund
• Within 7 days: No refund
Once a program begins, we’re unable to provide refunds for missed sessions, vacations, scheduling conflicts, or withdrawals.
ILLNESS & INJURY
If your player isn’t feeling well, we ask that they stay home and rest.
For significant injuries or extended illness that prevent participation, please reach out. We’re happy to review individual circumstances and may provide a program credit.
WEATHER
New England weather keeps us on our toes! If weather or field conditions are unsafe, a session may need to be adjusted, delayed, relocated, or canceled.
We’ll communicate changes as quickly as possible and, when possible, work to provide a make-up session or program credit for sessions GLOW cancels. Weather-related cancellations do not automatically qualify for refunds.
CREDITS & MAKE-UPS
Program credits are offered at GLOW’s discretion and may be used toward a future GLOW program. Make-up opportunities are not always available and are not guaranteed for sessions missed by a participant.
PRIVATE LESSONS & PACKAGES
Private lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed lessons may be counted as a completed session.
Private lesson packages are non-refundable once sessions have begun and must be used within the stated package period.
PLAYERS & FAMILIES
We want GLOW to be a place where players feel supported, challenged, and excited to be there.
We ask players, parents, coaches, and spectators to treat one another with respect and contribute to a positive environment. During programming, please give our coaches the space to coach and our players the space to learn.
If a question or concern comes up, we ask that parents connect with a coach after the session rather than during programming.
If behavior becomes unsafe or significantly disruptive, GLOW may ask an individual to step away from the program.
PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
Every player’s journey is different. Growth and development will naturally vary based on experience, attendance, effort, and individual goals.

PARTICIPATION WAIVER & CONSENT
Participation in lacrosse and athletic training involves inherent risks, including physical contact, falls, collisions, and potential injury.
By registering a player for a GLOW Lacrosse program, the player’s parent or legal guardian acknowledges and voluntarily assumes the risks associated with participation.
The parent or guardian agrees to notify GLOW of any injury, medical restriction, or condition that may affect the player’s ability to participate safely.
If emergency medical attention is reasonably necessary and a parent or guardian cannot be reached, GLOW staff may seek appropriate emergency assistance for the player.
By completing registration, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges the GLOW Lacrosse Policies & Expectations and agrees to the GLOW Lacrosse participation waiver and release of liability to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Each participating player must have a waiver completed by her own parent or legal guardian.
