Caroline Hines | Director

Harvard 07’ | Deerfield Academy 03’ | Midfield

Caroline found her love for lacrosse as soon as she picked up a stick for the 1st time in 4th grade! Her success was fueled by her love for all sports, and by the support of her coaches, mentors, and, most significantly, her family, who always believed in her. Her drive didn’t come from outside pressure. It came from within, inspired by the confidence others helped her build.

Caroline is as passionate about sports today, as she was as a kid— and she wants the same foundation of belief and joy for your daughters. She originally came up with the vision of GLOW in an effort to ensure her girls have the same experience- GLOW is a program that will give your daughters confidence, proper instruction, and pure joy.

Caroline graduated Deerfield Academy in 2003 as a 3x All-American in lacrosse. She was a 4-year letter winner, and a 3-Sport captain in Field Hockey, Squash, and Lacrosse. Caroline graduated from Harvard College in 2007, where she was a Division I 2-sport Athlete on the Varsity Squash and Varsity Lacrosse teams. She still holds Harvard’s record for most assists in a single game.

Caroline is a mother of 2 little girls, Maeve (7) and Keira (6). She and her daughters reside on the South Shore of Boston and come from an exceptionally large Boston-based family.

Casey Ward | Coach

Midfield | Trinity College ’24 | Norwell High School

Casey Ward was a standout midfielder at Norwell High School, where her talent, drive, and leadership quickly set her apart. A lifelong lacrosse player and proud Mass Elite alum (4th–12th grade), Casey was a three-sport varsity athlete, two-time MVP, and team captain her senior year — earning All-Scholastic honors along the way.

At Trinity College, Casey made an immediate impact as a relentless two-way midfielder. She was a two-time “Unsung Hero” award winner, 2nd Team All-NESCAC selection, and IWLCA Honorable Mention All-American. In her senior year, she captained the team and earned Trinity’s prestigious “Bantam Award” for embodying commitment, sportsmanship, and all-around excellence on and off the field.

Now completing her nursing degree, Casey will soon begin her career as a pediatric nurse at Mass General Hospital. Her combination of athletic grit, compassion, and mentorship makes her an inspiring role model — and an incredible addition to the GLOW coaching team.
