ABOUT GLOW

Caroline Hines Fitzgerald founded GLOW LACROSSE in May 2025 to create a preseason training experience designed specifically for young female athletes. GLOW clinics serve as a bridge in early development—helping girls build skills, confidence, and excitement as they begin their lacrosse journey.

WE MAKE THINGS EASIER

At GLOW, we handle the early skill development parts of the game. We are known to free up a great deal of town and club coaches’ time, working with the athletes on fundamentals prior to the start of the season.

THE END GOAL?

We are committed to bring back the player/coach connection- a bond that is often lost on many coaches given lacrosse is the largest growing sport in the country.

There is a heavy drop-out rate for your girls in this game- the player/coach connection leads to higher levels of retention, interest level, and long-term motivation— that comes from within the athlete — not from external pressure.

ABOUT CAROLINE


After nearly 12 years in the corporate world, Caroline made a bold pivot — driven by both motherhood and ambition— to build a better youth sports experience for her daughters and for girls like them.

A 3-time All-American at Deerfield Academy and Division I two-sport athlete at Harvard University, Caroline combines elite-playing experience with a passion for youth development.

Caroline was previously the Director and Lead Coach for Halos Lacrosse, a Girls program under the SCOOPS' LACROSSE’s umbrella. In late 2023 into 2024, Caroline worked for Matt Belson and further expanded the Halos program to over 100 girls in a few short months.

Caroline also collaborated with Select Soccer Club’s Founder Liz Lima to launch South Shore Sports Center’s first lacrosse offering, Tots Lax, in addition to continuing to grow GLOW alongside Select.

Since beginning her coaching journey over 2 years ago, Caroline has worked with over 300 families in the Greater Boston Area. And for Coach Caroline, it is just the beginning.

Caroline currently resides on the South Shore of Boston with her daughters Maeve (8) and Keira (7).
