HER COACHING PHILOSOPHY
Read Caroline’s Full Story →What GLOW Parents Say →Contact Caroline →“We try to provide as much structure and fundamentals as possible at GLOW while keeping things fun. In our little bubble, imperfection is the norm. We celebrate effort, encourage mistakes, and help girls experience the pride of mastering something that once felt hard. That accomplishment builds real confidence—and keeps them coming back each week.
“We're not here to create perfect players. We're not here to create goal scorers, either. We want girls to strive to be the most versatile players on the field—girls who want to be in every play, on offense and defense. That level of engagement means I’m doing my job.”
— Caroline Fitzgerald, Founder of GLOW Lacrosse
