RISE
Shooting Stars (PreK–K)

At four, she learns through play. Stick in her hands, joy in every minute — she'll become an athlete before she even knows she's learning.

GLOW Girl (1st–2nd)

GLOW Girl is the starter kit. From her first stick purchase to her first ground ball pickup, we ease her into everything she needs to know — basic stick work, footwork, and the confidence to keep going.

GLOW Up (3rd–4th)

Town lacrosse is coming fast. For the first time, she'll play against other towns — more pressure, faster play. We teach her to read the field, make quick decisions, and play with real awareness and consistency.

RISE (5th–6th)

Ready for the next step? RISE athletes in grades 5–6 build skills, field awareness, and confidence through GLOW Squads or private lessons.

Sometimes the smallest adjustments
can change everything.

why private training?

With music, energy, video review, and plenty of encouragement, Caroline helps players recognize their strengths, understand their game, and make small adjustments that often lead to big results.

Her goal isn't just to improve one skill. It's to help girls become more athletic, more confident, and more versatile players with a bigger presence on the field.

When players can play to their strengths, they often become “unstuck” and start to play like that confident player they are!

is there a process?

Before the first lesson, Caroline schedules a brief consultation to understand each player's experience level, areas of focus, and both short-term and long-term goals.

Every session starts with a conversation. Caroline wants to know what you're working on, what feels challenging, and what goals you have for your game. Whether you're preparing for a tournament, trying out for a club team, or simply looking for more confidence, each lesson is built around you.

What does it include?

Every lesson is personalized around your daughter, down to agenda, communication style and readiness. From the minute you begin, Caroline quickly identifies each player’s strengths and uses them as the foundation for growth.

Video highlights throughout the lesson help athletes see what they’re doing well, understand key teaching moments, and accelerate progress.

WHAT PARENTS HAVE TO SAY.

“Caroline, I have to tell you—my kids NEVER want to tell me about their day at school or camp but wanted to tell me EVERYTHING that they did at Glow! The games, the crafts, the friends, the new skills, they couldn’t stop!! I can’t thank you enough for a fab 3 days! You sure know how to tap into little girls’ psyche to make learning fun!”

“We signed our 4 year old up for Shooting Stars last spring, and she came home, jumping for joy!”

— 2nd grade parent

“I mean the confidence came from you. She’s using the techniques you taught her and the reason she’s scoring is because she’s not hesitating...”
