As GLOW continues expanding into new regions across Greater Boston, we are seeking dependable, part-time coaches who are interested in either helping introduce GLOW in their town or coaching at one of our current locations. Our clinics are seasonal and we are moving in all different directions, but currently, southeastern Massachusetts.

GLOW coaches are expected to 100% committed to this role once they are hire. They must be reliable, engaged, flexible, and love working with kids, prioritizing both skill development and a fun and positive learning environment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are hiring both Lead Coaches and Assistant Coaches.

Lead Coaches are responsible for running the session, managing the group, and delivering instruction, while Assistant Coaches support skill repetitions, provide individual feedback, and help maintain organization and engagement throughout the clinic.

Lead Coaches are typically college/post college athletes. Assistant Coaches can be a range from 7th grade and older. We are working with beginner and advanced players so we will be sure your are comfortable in your position.
