Welcome to GLOW Lacrosse. By accessing this website, registering for a program, or participating in any GLOW-related activity, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Program Participation

By registering your child for a GLOW Lacrosse program, you confirm that:

  • Your child meets the age/grade requirements for the program selected.

  • You understand and accept our cancellation, make-up, and refund policies (linked separately).

  • Your child is physically able to participate in lacrosse activities.

Participation is at your own risk. While we take safety seriously, GLOW Lacrosse is not responsible for injuries, illness, or accidents that may occur during our programs.

2. Registration & Payment

  • All registrations must be completed through our official website or registration platform.

  • Payment is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable.

  • We do not offer prorated sessions, transfers between programs, or credits unless GLOW cancels the event.

3. Cancellations & Weather

  • GLOW Lacrosse runs rain or shine unless field conditions are deemed unsafe.

  • If GLOW cancels a session, a make-up coupon will be issued and must be used within 6 weeks.

  • No refunds or credits are given for participant no-shows, illness, or schedule conflicts.

4. Conduct & Expectations

We maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all players.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if their behavior poses a safety risk or consistently disrupts the experience for others.

Parents and guardians are expected to model respectful conduct toward players, coaches, and staff.

5. Gear & Safety

Participants are responsible for arriving with proper equipment as required by their program:

  • Stick, goggles, mouthguard, cleats or sneakers, and water bottle.

  • If unsure what is needed, please refer to the specific program description or contact us directly.

6. Media & Photography

Photos and videos may be taken during GLOW programs for use in promotional materials, social media, and the website.
If you prefer your child not be included, please notify us in writing before the program begins.

7. Website Use

All content on this site — including images, logos, and program descriptions — is the property of GLOW Lacrosse and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

GLOW Lacrosse reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in our programs constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
