What a typical clinic looks like:

At Shooting Stars, your daughters are introduced to the fundamentals of girl’s lacrosse in a fun, engaging environment led by a compassionate all-female coaching staff.

These 1-hour clinics are high-energy, and focused on footwork, coordination, and the basics of the game — all in a fun, supportive environment where every player feels confident and excited to come back each week. ⭐✨

We cover hand and stick positioning, stick grip, scooping ground balls, basic catching, passing and a little goal scoring, too!

Girls’ lacrosse is different from the boys’ game — the rules, equipment, safety standards, and style of play are unique. Our all-female coaching staff teaches the women’s game the right way from the start, helping players develop proper mechanics, spacing, and confidence.

At this age, girls benefit significantly from developing strong bonds with their coaches. They need to know we will always be there, every week, and it keeps them coming back knowing they are seen, heard and applauded for their efforts and lacrosse milestones!
