Night Lights is where we turn up the music, sharpen our skills, and build something special. These weeknight sessions are all about putting in the reps — from non-dominant work to draw controls to passing and catching with consistency — all in a high-energy, encouraging space that feels more like a hangout than a tryout.
Perfect for girls who already love the game or want extra time on the field, a little wall ball. Putting in the work goes a long way and coaches see that. You will see your own progress too! — because hard work can be fun.
What is GLOW?
Every GLOW session is designed with intention — we look at the whole person, not just the player. We understand that girls grow at their own pace. They are all at different stages physically, emotionally, and mentally — and we meet them where they are.
We teach girls how to compete with heart, how to be mentally tough, and how to perform under pressure — all of which translate directly to success at performing at a higher level, whether it’s club, school, town or select.
Whether your daughter is preparing for a tryout, competitive tournament, or simply wants to finetune her skills-- GLOW gives her the foundation she needs to succeed.
When girls enjoy playing, they play more, and they get better. When they’re having fun, they take risks, stay curious, and bounce back from mistakes — all critical ingredients for long-term growth.
Coaching Philosophy
In women's lacrosse, there is something powerful about having a female coach in your corner who sees your potential and invests in you. That connection can be game-changing. The women’s game is very different than the men’s. You’ll notice boys wear helmets, padding, and play with completely different sticks. The female coaches at GLOW know the women’s game very well. And that is the biggest difference.
We’re focused on long-term growth, not just quick wins. And for a lot of families, that feels a lot more aligned with what they actually want for their daughter — especially at this stage.
But for many girls, especially in the younger and middle years, sometimes we jump into highly competitive lacrosse when they aren't quite ready, or they may not even want to go down that path. Because every girl is different, these environments can feel overwhelming.
We play the long ball here. We are huge fans of pursuing a path where you are playing at the highest level. It is a great place to be. You have worked so hard to be here. You may want to play at the collegiate level. We love that! but --- it may not be a great fit for your girls right now. GLOW allows you the opportunity to learn more about yourself, and to create your own path based on what makes you happy.
And don't take yourself too seriously- ever! Coach Caroline's philosophy is that we cannot survive without humor and being surrounded by the people we love.

Meet Caroline Hines Fitzgerald
Caroline found her love for lacrosse as soon as she picked up a stick for the 1st time in 4th grade! Her success was fueled by her love for all sports, and by the support of her coaches, mentors, and, most significantly, her family, who always believed in her. Her drive didn’t come from outside pressure. It came from within, inspired by the confidence others helped her build.
Caroline is as passionate about sports today, as she was as a kid— and she wants the same foundation of belief and joy for your daughters. She originally came up with the vision of GLOW in an effort to ensure her girls have the same experience- GLOW is a program that will give your daughters confidence, proper instruction, and pure joy.
Caroline graduated Deerfield Academy in 2003 as a 3x All-American in lacrosse. She was a 4-year letter winner, and a 3-Sport captain in Field Hockey, Squash, and Lacrosse. Caroline graduated from Harvard College in 2007, where she was a Division I 2-sport Athlete on the Varsity Squash and Varsity Lacrosse teams. She still holds Harvard’s record for most assists in a single game. One of her greatest achievements was the opportunity to play at Harvard alongside her younger sister, Ali, just 1 year behind her in school. Her father Stephen also played Varsity Soccer at Harvard, Class of 1976.
Caroline has years of coaching experience in youth sports, specifically lacrosse and soccer, including Thayer Academy’s middle school Boys A Team basketball team. Before pursuing a full-time career in coaching, Caroline spent over 17 years in financial services executive search- advising recent college graduates to help them navigate their way through rigorous interviews to land a job they truly love.
Caroline is a mother of 2 little girls, Maeve (7) and Keira (6), who enjoy lacrosse but prefer dancing or karate. You can usually find them pacing up and down the sidelines behind their mother and often giving pep talks and hugs to all the players, most of whom they have never met. Caroline resides on the South Shore of Boston and comes from an exceptionally large Boston-based family.
