💡Caroline’s Edge💡
Caroline helps players recognize what they do well and then shows them how to leverage those strengths to improve in other areas.
This approach simplifies the game, builds on natural athleticism, and introduces high-level concepts that make it easier for your daughter to learn. Significant progress can only be made when the basics are conquered and consistent.
Each lesson comes with an agenda, extensive post-game summary notes, as well as a few short highlight clips to share with the family.

INTERESTED IN HOSTING A CLINIC IN YOUR TOWN, EITHER THIS WINTER OR EARLY SPRING?
SHOOT US A MESSAGE TODAY, AND WE LET’S MAKE IT HAPPEN!
GLOW: A Year-Round Opportunity to Play!
GLOW is designed to give girls a year-round opportunity to play, grow, develop resilience, mental toughness and leadership capabilities. We function as a “training camp” for young girls who are new to the sport, and are about to enter the world of organized youth sports! We provide customized, comprehensive instruction that introduces skills work fundamentals, sharpens skills, and elevates each player’s understanding of the game so they prepared for the upcoming season! Our focus is on doing the basics right — stick skills, consistency, game IQ, and understanding how all the pieces fit together.
We’re Not a Club — We’re Something Different
GLOW is not a club program. In fact, our classes are built to complement club play, not compete with it. GLOW helps prepare young girls for club tryouts and allows existing club players the opportunity sharpen their skills, keep pace, and stay game ready. We’ve created a positive, fast-paced, high-energy environment where girls can play on their own terms on a schedule that works for them!
PLAYER/COACH Connection:
At GLOW, we never lose sight of power of the player-coach connection. We take time to get to know your daughters — their personalities, motivations, and learning styles — so we can coach them in ways that build both confidence, character and independence.
We keep our focus where it belongs — In a culture where youth sports have become increasingly competitive every year, we have seen girls get cut from teams as early as the 2nd or 3rd grade. We are here to help your daughter thrive, to build skills and resilience- so it comes time for a club tryout, GLOW functions as a fast-paced, judgment free “training opportunity” to ensure your daughter is in a position to achieve her goals.
Coach Caroline has tremendous knowledge on how this all works. Please use her for advice as she has been in your daughter’s shoes and can provide helpful information for parents and families.

THE GLOW SQUAD
GLOW Groups are organized by age, but we will move the girls into the appropriate group based on both their skill level and player comfort level.

SUPPLEMENTAL TRAINING
SUPPLEMENTAL TRAINING
Supplemental Training with Coach Caroline
Private lessons are one of the fastest ways to accelerate growth, most efficiently.
Coach Caroline understands that each player learns differently and has a unique set of goals. Working with Caroline, she can help break down mechanics, identify habits, and teach techniques tailored to your daughter’s learning style — helping her improve faster, and with more confidence. Her method is to identify your daughter’s strengths and use them in a way that allows for faster adjustments and faster results. In a one-on-one setting, we focus on specific skills, building confidence, and developing her mental game — so she learns how to trust herself, handle pressure, and making smart choices with the ball.
Your daughter will get personalized feedback during each training session, as well as a detailed summary for parents which includes our agenda, progress made, and areas that we need to continue to work on. Caroline will recommend a few drills your daughter can do on her free time to maintain momentum and consistency.
PACKAGES: 1 HR Session $125.00 | 3 pack $325 | 5 pack $575 | 90 MIN sessions are also available $185/90min

MEET THE TEAM
Caroline Hines | Director
Harvard 07’ | Deerfield Academy 03’ | Midfield
Caroline found her love for lacrosse as soon as she picked up a stick for the 1st time in 4th grade! Her success was fueled by her love for all sports, and by the support of her coaches, mentors, and, most significantly, her family, who always believed in her. Her drive didn’t come from outside pressure. It came from within, inspired by the confidence others helped her build.
Caroline is as passionate about sports today, as she was as a kid— and she wants the same foundation of belief and joy for your daughters. She originally came up with the vision of GLOW in an effort to ensure her girls have the same experience- GLOW is a program that will give your daughters confidence, proper instruction, and pure joy.
Caroline graduated Deerfield Academy in 2003 as a 3x All-American in lacrosse. She was a 4-year letter winner, and a 3-Sport captain in Field Hockey, Squash, and Lacrosse. Caroline graduated from Harvard College in 2007, where she was a Division I 2-sport Athlete on the Varsity Squash and Varsity Lacrosse teams. She still holds Harvard’s record for most assists in a single game.
Caroline is a mother of 2 little girls, Maeve (7) and Keira (6). She and her daughters reside on the South Shore of Boston and come from an exceptionally large Boston-based family.

At GLOW, we make every effort to hold clinics as scheduled, but player safety always comes first.
Play in light rain: Clinics will continue as planned in drizzle or light rain.
Cancel in heavy rain, thunder, or lightning: For safety reasons, sessions will be canceled if conditions are unsafe.
Communication: An email update will be sent ~2–3 hours before each clinic with any weather-related changes or cancellations.
If a clinic is canceled, we’ll provide details on rescheduled dates or makeup options in that same update.
You are welcome to jump into another class that is offered any week through the 5 week clinic timeline.
-
Flexible Scheduling! Play when it works for you- on your time.
We understand that life gets busy and schedules change! While you’re signing up for a specific town clinic, we want your daughter to have as many opportunities to play as possible.
If you can’t make your scheduled clinic on a certain day or week, you’re welcome to join any other GLOW clinic at a different location or time that works better for you.
Here’s what to do:
Check the GLOW schedule for alternate clinic times/locations.
Email or text Coach Caroline in advance to confirm the switch.
Bring your stick, goggles, and water — and you’re good to go!
We encourage flexibility so your daughter doesn’t miss out on valuable instruction and playing time, even if your schedule changes.
