WINTER REGISTRATION IS LIVE 🤍

While the world of youth lacrosse has become larger than life, we make sure our GLOW athletes feel empowered long before anyone tells them they’re “ready.”

We simplify the game, focus on strong fundamentals, and create female-led, high-engagement environments where every player feels seen from day one.

And what makes GLOW girls stand out?

They are unapologetically themselves! They compete with heart and toughness and have tons of fun doing it.

  • TOP PICKS:

PreK-K: Franklin Sports Youth Venom Lacrosse Stick

TOP PICKS for Girls (1-2nd, 3-4th)

Stick selection also depends on your daughter’s size and comfort level. It is important that her stick have a “modified pocket”. A deeper pocket is not allowed in town lacrosse starting in the 1st grade and can slow progress down significantly.

  • ✅ STICK! If you do not have one, please let us know right away so we can set a loaner aside. Please return after each clinic.
✅ Mouthguard are REQUIRED. Be sure to mold the mouthguard so your daughter can wear it comfortably.. (1st grade and up)
✅ Goggles are also REQUIRED. (1st grade and up)
✅ Water bottle, proper athletic clothing (bring extra layers as many of these indoor facilities can be a bit chilly)
✅ Sneakers are fine for indoor turf. If you have turf shoes, even better.
✅ MUST wear hair back! Limited visibility if your daughter’s hair is in her face or caught in her goggles.
    ✅ Labeled equipment!

    • At GLOW, we make every effort to hold clinics as scheduled, but player safety always comes first.

    • For safety reasons, sessions will be canceled if conditions are unsafe, either on the fields or on the roads.

    • Communication: An email update will be sent if it is clear the roads are too dangerous.

    • If it is a game-time decision, we send families an email 2-3 hours prior to the clinic.

    • We plan in light rain: Clinics will continue as planned in drizzle or light rain.

    • Clinics are cancelled if there is heavy rain, thunder, or lightning:

If a clinic is canceled, we’ll provide details on a make-up class date.

Alternatively, you are welcome to jump into another class that is offered that might work for your schedule. Please contact Caroline with questions: caroline@glow-lacrosse.com

  • Please let Coach Caroline know ahead of time. We understand that life gets busy, but if you are unable to attend a clinic you registered for, we cannot prorate the price for you, but you can use the missed clinic as a credit to participate in another class we are offering.

LET’S GET TO WORK:

Caroline’s Coaching Philosophy

Coach Caroline is a true player-coach, working on the field with your daughter to demonstrate skills, apply game-like pressure, and teach in real time. Each session focuses on mastering fundamentals and building consistency, beginning with proper hand positioning, athletic stance, and equipment fit — small details that make a meaningful difference in progress.

Instruction is clear and individualized. Caroline identifies your daughter’s current strengths and uses them as a foundation for confident, efficient development tailored specifically to her game.

PRIVATE INDOOR TRAINING!

  • “Hi Caroline! I just wanted to share the good news that my daughter made Laxachusetts! I really think just one private session with you made a huge impact. She told me she won all the draws (this was a struggle for her this past season) and had lots of goals and assists. You really boosted her confidence which is of course huge!”

  • Hi Caroline!  I wanted to drop a quick note to share that our daughter is thriving in her lax club program, and I think what you taught the girls in the GLOW clinics has really stuck with her - both the techniques you showed them and the softer skills like jogging between drills and putting in full effort.  She even got named by the club as the first player of the month for her team.

Anyway I hope the clinics are going well this Fall and I’m excited that your program is growing!

  • "Caroline, thanks for a great lesson tonight. I know she was nervous to get back out there after a she was cut from the club team. It was a huge blow to her confidence which broke my heart. My wife and I were so impressed with your approach. Thank you for the notes after the lesson”.

THE DETAILS:

Personalized Plan & Agenda

Coach Caroline begins with a brief consultation to establish clear goals and create a focused development plan for each athlete. Parents complete an intake form outlining scheduling preferences, training format, and targeted skill areas.

Families also receive a concise follow-up summary outlining the next session’s focus, measurable progress, and video clips highlighting skill development.

  • ✔ A Year-Round Opportunity to Play!

Some of our strongest players are multi-sport athletes with busy schedules.

At GLOW, we set up clinics that are open to girls from all different towns. It allows for more convenience and flexibility for girls to play when and where it works best for them. We encourage towns to open clinics to neighboring towns as it teaches girls the importance of adaptability, coachability, and learning to step outside their comfort zone.

  • ✔ We are Not a Club —We are the BRIDGE.

GLOW is not a club. We serve to complement club play, not compete with it. We prepare girls for tryouts, so they are more confident, game-ready, and well-positioned to achieve their goals under pressure.

We aim to deliver comprehensive instruction—spending equal time on teaching the importance of both character development and player development.

  • ✔ PLAYER/COACH Connection:

At GLOW, we value the player–coach connection and take time to develop authentic and meaningful bonds with all of our players.

Compassionate and supportive coaches by your daughter’s side leads to significantly higher levels of engagement and continued interest in the sport. GLOW understands that every player learns differently, and we create a positive environment for all girls to thrive, build confidence, and independence.
