BRING GLOW TO YOUR TOWN!
At GLOW, we LOVE to see towns make big strides to grow and elevate their girls’ program. We aim to even the playing field as well, by bringing expertise, energy, and more female coaching, wherever we go.
If you are looking for additional leverage or want to host a preseason clinic, we would love to collaborate with you!
PRIVATE TRAINING
Caroline is a “Player/Coach” which means she is out on the field with your daughters — stick in hand, demonstrating, competing — providing technical instruction and real-time feedback on the fly.
In a 1 v 1 setting, this hands-on approach allows for accelerated progress as well a substantial increase in your daughter’s self-confidence, stick work, overall consistency, and mental toughness.

✔ A Year-Round Opportunity to Play!
Some of our strongest players are multi-sport athletes with busy schedules.
At GLOW, we set up clinics that are open to girls from all different towns. It allows for more convenience and flexibility for girls to play when and where it works best for them. We encourage towns to open clinics to neighboring towns as it teaches girls the importance of adaptability, coachability, and learning to step outside their comfort zone.
-
✔ We are Not a Club —We are the BRIDGE.
GLOW is not a club. We serve to complement club play, not compete with it. We prepare girls for tryouts, so they are more confident, game-ready, and well-positioned to achieve their goals under pressure.
We aim to deliver comprehensive instruction—spending equal time on teaching the importance of both character development and player development.
-
✔ PLAYER/COACH Connection:
At GLOW, we value the player–coach connection and take time to develop authentic and meaningful bonds with all of our players.
Compassionate and supportive coaches by your daughter’s side leads to significantly higher levels of engagement and continued interest in the sport. GLOW understands that every player learns differently, and we create a positive environment for all girls to thrive, build confidence, and independence.

MEET THE TEAM
Caroline Hines | Director
Harvard 07’ | Deerfield Academy 03’ | Midfield
Caroline found her love for lacrosse as soon as she picked up a stick for the 1st time in 4th grade! Her success was fueled by her love for all sports, and by the support of her coaches, mentors, and, most significantly, her family, who always believed in her. Her drive didn’t come from outside pressure. It came from within, inspired by the confidence others helped her build.
Caroline is as passionate about sports today, as she was as a kid— and she wants the same foundation of belief and joy for your daughters. She originally came up with the vision of GLOW in an effort to ensure her girls have the same experience- GLOW is a program that will give your daughters confidence, proper instruction, and pure joy.
Caroline graduated Deerfield Academy in 2003 as a 3x All-American in lacrosse. She was a 4-year letter winner, and a 3-Sport captain in Field Hockey, Squash, and Lacrosse. Caroline graduated from Harvard College in 2007, where she was a Division I 2-sport Athlete on the Varsity Squash and Varsity Lacrosse teams. She still holds Harvard’s record for most assists in a single game.
Caroline is a mother of 2 little girls, Maeve (7) and Keira (6). She and her daughters reside on the South Shore of Boston and come from an exceptionally large Boston-based family.
Casey Ward | Coach
Midfield | Trinity College ’24 | Norwell High School
Casey Ward was a standout midfielder at Norwell High School, with a lifelong passion for lacrosse and a proven record of excellence at both the high school and collegiate levels. Casey played for Mass Elite from 4th–12th grade. Ward was a 3x Varsity athlete and 2x MVP at Norwell High School, earning All-Scholastic recognition as a sophomore and junior. She was also named Team Captain her senior year at Norwell High.
Ward played lacrosse at Trinity College where she made an immediate impact as a relentless two-way midfielder. She earned back-to-back “Unsung Hero” awards for her consistency, toughness, and leadership, and was recognized as a 2nd Team All-NESCAC selection and an IWLCA Honorable Mention All-American. In her senior year, she was elected Team Captain at Trinity and received Trinity’s prestigious “Bantam Award,” honoring the player who best exemplifies commitment, sportsmanship, and all-around contribution on and off the field.
Ward is currently completing her nursing degree and will begin her career as a pediatric nurse in Mass General Hospital in Pediatrics. At GLOW, we make every effort to hold clinics as scheduled, but player safety always comes first.
Play in light rain: Clinics will continue as planned in drizzle or light rain.
Cancel in heavy rain, thunder, or lightning: For safety reasons, sessions will be canceled if conditions are unsafe.
Communication: An email update will be sent ~2–3 hours before each clinic with any weather-related changes or cancellations.
If a clinic is canceled, we’ll provide details on rescheduled dates or makeup options in that same update.
You are welcome to jump into another class that is offered any week through the 5 week clinic timeline.
