The Next Level: GAME IQ
Coach Caroline helps players develop the often-overlooked skills that elevate their game — understanding roles, creating space, and making smart decisions on the field. She teaches when to push the pace and when to slow it down, while emphasizing the power of body language and presence as a reflection of leadership and character.
COACH CAROLINE’S APPROACH
Caroline is a true player-coach — on the field, demonstrating, competing, and teaching through example. Her hands-on, high-energy style delivers immediate feedback that builds confidence and drives fast improvement.
In private or small-group sessions, she focuses on accelerated development: sharper skills, smarter decisions, and stronger consistency and composure. She keeps things simple and empowering, helping girls lean into their strengths so challenges feel smaller — and progress comes quickly.

2025 WINTER PRIVATE COACHING
THE DETAILS:
Personalized Plan
Caroline always like to start with a consultation with the players and the parents to set clear goals, and create a focused development plan tailored to your daughter’s needs.
After each Session
Caroline provides each player — and their parents — with a detailed session summary outlining the day’s agenda, measurable progress, identified strengths, candid feedback, and video clips! Each summary also highlights specific focus areas for continued growth before the next lesson.

✔ A Year-Round Opportunity to Play!
Some of our strongest players are multi-sport athletes with busy schedules.
At GLOW, we set up clinics that are open to girls from all different towns. It allows for more convenience and flexibility for girls to play when and where it works best for them. We encourage towns to open clinics to neighboring towns as it teaches girls the importance of adaptability, coachability, and learning to step outside their comfort zone.
-
✔ We are Not a Club —We are the BRIDGE.
GLOW is not a club. We serve to complement club play, not compete with it. We prepare girls for tryouts, so they are more confident, game-ready, and well-positioned to achieve their goals under pressure.
We aim to deliver comprehensive instruction—spending equal time on teaching the importance of both character development and player development.
-
✔ PLAYER/COACH Connection:
At GLOW, we value the player–coach connection and take time to develop authentic and meaningful bonds with all of our players.
Compassionate and supportive coaches by your daughter’s side leads to significantly higher levels of engagement and continued interest in the sport. GLOW understands that every player learns differently, and we create a positive environment for all girls to thrive, build confidence, and independence.
