RISE is the newest addition to the GLOW roster — a small-group training program for girls in 5th–6th grade, limited to 10 players per clinic to ensure focused coaching and meaningful repetitions.
These clinics are fast-paced and highly structured, designed for players who understand that progress isn’t always linear and are willing to work, focused on specialty skills and live-scenario game play.
